You bring the design; we handle the rest, from first sample to final shipment.

Development
No knitwear experience is needed. We start with whatever you have, an idea, a sketch, a photo, or a detailed tech pack, and our in-house fashion and technical designers turn it into a full technical package, matched to your price point, look, and feel.
Once specs are locked, we need one to two weeks to finish the prototype for your approval before bulk production begins.

Sourcing
We work with a network of Mongolian suppliers to source exceptional cashmere, yak, camel, and Sartuul sheep wool, every lot traceable and backed by sustainability certifications.
Choose from hundreds of existing stock color shades, or we source raw fiber, dye it to any Pantone shade, and spin it to your desired thickness.

Production
Production runs through our partner ateliers, each selected for the gauge and type of garment they do best. We provide regular training across every atelier to keep the HYPECHASE signature that customers love. Consistent, wherever a piece is made.
We run local and international audits to ensure ethical manufacturing and consistent quality across every atelier.

Quality Control
Inspection happens at every stage, not only at the end, so issues are caught early and fixed on time. Our quality controllers visit atelier by atelier, ensuring every timeline is met.
We place a strong emphasis on ensuring every piece is inspected before it ships to you, with our quality team working from a strict specification document so every seam, stitch, and label is made exactly right.

Logistics & Delivery
Export documentation, customs paperwork, and shipment coordination are handled so your garments arrive on schedule and compliant. Every shipment is insured and shipped at discounted rates.
We handle the paperwork and certificates needed to secure tax exemptions in numerous countries, including the EU, US, UK, and Canada.
